An award-winning high-conversion landing page designed to simplify the complexities of global hiring for modern enterprises

The Goal

To create a flagship campaign destination that transforms dense legal and HR information into a compelling, intuitive user journey that drives enterprise leads.

The Challenge

The objective of this project was to design and develop a high-conversion landing page to serve as the primary destination for an aggressive, video-led marketing campaign. Launched on YouTube, the campaign used targetedads to drive high volumesof traffic to this single point of entry.

Design Strategy

  • Visual direction: the primary goal was to incorporate high-impact stills and motifs from the YouTube campaign while strictly adhering to the RemoFirst brand guidelines.
  • Intuitive conversion: because the traffic was coming from social ads, the page had to be radically intuitive. I needed to capture the viewer'sattention instantly and translate the energy of the videoseries into a clear, structured user journey that converted "viewers" into "enterprise leads" with zero friction.

The Results

The "Employ Without Borders" campaign was a resounding success, recognized by industry experts for it's clarity and impact.
